Turner your burner on to medium heat. Spray your skillet with cooking spray, add onion and sauté for two minutes.
Add ground turkey and cook, starting to break up into small bits with your spatula. Add in minced garlic and mix well.
Add crushed tomatoes, red kidney beans, white kidney beans and tomato paste. Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Add in the corn and mix well.
Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
Enjoy with you favorite fixings, such as shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped red onion.
