Melt butter in microwave and mix with graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar.
Using a pie dish or individual dessert dishes, cover the bottom with the graham cracker crumbs to make a crust.
In a blender, add the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice, blend until smooth and silky.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust in your pie dish or individual dishes.
Place in the refrigerator for a few hours until firm.
When ready to serve, place a dollop of whipped cream on top along with the zest of a lime. Then enjoy!
