Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a donut baking pan with cooking spray.
In your stand mixer, add your wet ingredients and combine.
Add your dry ingredients to the batter and mix well.
Add the batter to a piping bag and using the bag, pipe the batter into each donut well in the pan. Fill each donut about 3/4 of the way with the batter.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes and cool on a wire rack.
While donuts are cooling, melt half a stick of butter and mix together cinnamon and sugar.
Once donuts are cooled, using a silicone brush, brush each donut with melted butter and dip in cinnamon sugar. Then enjoy!
