These fig and brie bites will be your go-to appetizer for your next party or get-together! So simple and easy to make, you won’t be disappointed! I’ve made these before with raspberry, but swapped out the raspberry preserves for fig and it’s a game changer.

There are just four simple ingredients to make these bites: phyllo shells, fig preserves, brie and chopped walnuts. So grab your ingredients and let’s get started!

First you want to take your shells out of the package and line on a baking sheet.

Next you want to slice your brie into small pieces and place one piece in each shell.

They should look like this:

Before placing in the oven, put a dollop of fig preserves on top of each shell.

Bake the shells in the oven at 375 degrees until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Once they’re ready to come out of the oven, sprinkle chopped walnuts over each shell.

Now they’re ready to enjoy!

These are an easy, simple one bite appetizer that gives you the creaminess of the brie mixed with the sweetness of the fig and a little crunch from the walnuts. The perfect bite!

These can be enjoyed all year round for any holiday or celebration!
