Whipped coffee or Dalgona coffee seems to be all the craze these days, so I decided I’d jump on that bandwagon. And I am so glad that I did. It’s absolutely delicious and a fun twist on your classic cup of coffee.
Grab your ingredients and let’s get started!
You will need instant coffee, hot water, sugar, milk, a mixing bowl and a hand mixer. I bought Taster’s Choice Instant Coffee from my local grocery store. It comes in individually wrapped packages in the box. I used two packages for each coffee.
First you want to add your instant coffee, sugar and hot water to your mixing bowl.
Using your hand mixer on high speed, start mixing the ingredients. You want to start seeing the coffee become light and fluffy.

Once it has become light and airy with soft peaks, your coffee is ready! Take your glass or coffee mug, fill half way with the milk of your choice and plop your whipped coffee on top.
Then voila! You have your classic, whipped coffee! Enjoy!

Whipped Coffee or Dalgona Coffee
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- milk
Instructions
- Add instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a bowl.
- Using a hand mixer, on high speed, mix all ingredients until you get light and fluffy peaks.
- In a coffee mug or glass, pour milk of your choice, about halfway.
- Add whipped coffee on top of milk in mug or glass.
- Add a straw and enjoy!
