I’ve really been digging this tiered tray decor trend lately. For the past couple of seasons I’ve been changing the decorations in my tiered tray according to the holiday or time of year. Summer is coming to a close in a few short weeks and with Labor Day this weekend, I thought I’d still share how I styled my tray for a more coastal beachy vibe.
As many of you know, I LOVE to reuse items. It’s perfectly fine to transition different decor elements from one season or holiday to the next.
As you can see, I’ve reused several items for this theme as well. The salt and pepper shakers, recycled glass vase and the beaded wood garland to name a few. These easily transitioned to this beachy vibe fabulously.
Nothing says the beach more than sand dollars and sea glass! I scattered a few sand dollars throughout the tray and filled this mason jar candle holder with a bag of sea glass as well. The subtle colors of the sea glass tie in nicely with the other coastal elements used.
Can’t have a beach theme without shells! I added a few of these conch shells to the bottom of the tray.
I just love this seashell votive candle holder. I saw it at Christmas Tree Shops and it was just the right size for my tray.
This pale blue shell dish was the perfect size and color as well. Beautiful and smooth to touch, it balanced the tray just right.
Hope you enjoyed this beach tray!
