When it was time to start planning my bachelorette and picking the destination, I had two words in mind. LAS VEGAS. I had been to Vegas back in 2010 after graduating from nursing school. My friends and I wanted to celebrate accomplishing this big milestone in our lives that we went for a week and we had such a good time. I love everything about Las Vegas – the bright lights, the pool parties, the clubs, the restaurants, everything. So I knew when it was time for me to plan my bachelorette, I knew that’s where I wanted to go.
As a way to say thank you to the girls that came on the trip with me to celebrate my last few months of singledom, I put together a thank you swag bag. It was filled with a few essential items that each girl would need for the trip.
I used pink gift bags with gold dotted tissue paper I purchased from Michaels. And I attached a gift tag I purchased off Etsy from RebeccaDesigns22. They were the perfect added touch to the swag bag!
Inside each bag, I included a glittered wristlet from Express, an inflatable ring drink holder, an eye mask, Kylie Cosmetics lip gloss, a small bottle of wine and a lollipop. I figured these were all items that the girls could use during the trip and take home with them as well.
I found the lollipop sucker to be the best part of the gift. I attached a handmade tag, which you can read in the photo below:
When friends are willing to come on a destination bachelorette, which can become pricey, this was just my simple way of saying thank you. It meant so much to me that they were willing to come and celebrate this special and important time in my life!
